Supplier Quote Comparison Template
An editable quote comparison with quantity sensitivity, quoted subtotals, missing-input guards and a separate record of exclusions.

How to use it
Start with the illustrative A and B offers, then replace the inputs with your own quotes. Offer C is intentionally blank. Change order quantity to see how tooling changes the comparison. Never approve an offer solely on the calculated subtotal.
Field guide
- Baseline
- Confirm component revision, quantity, currency and delivery basis before comparison.
- Quoted inputs
- Enter unit price and separate tooling for up to three offers. A blank is unknown; enter zero only when confirmed.
- Quoted subtotal and quantity sensitivity
- Formulas calculate quantity × unit price + tooling. Results remain unavailable when required numeric inputs are missing or invalid.
- Exclusions and decision notes
- Record freight, duties, testing, technical deviations and approval questions separately. Quoted subtotals are not landed costs.
